- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 5 cups Rice Bubbles

- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Mint Chocolate
Cake Batter
- 1 ½ cups White Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 5 cups Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- ½ cup Sprinkles

Instructions
Peanut Butter Chocolate
- In a medium bowl, melt chocolate mix in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
- Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
- In a large plastic bag, add icing sugar and the peanut butter chocolate candy.
- Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar. Add in desired candies.
- Enjoy!
Mint Chocolate
