Ingredients
- 80 grams Butter softened
- 80 grams Caster Sugar
- 90 grams Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 150 grams Cream Cheese softened
- 150 grams Nutella
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Sprinkles to Garnish

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together. Sift the flour and the cocoa into the bowl. Beat for a further minute.
- Add eggs one at a time, thoroughly beating after each addition. Add vanilla and continue to beat for a further 2 minutes, until well combined. Spoon batter evenly into the muffin forms.
- Fill the MicroSteamer tray with 400ml of cold water. Place the muffin form in the steamer base. Cover and microwave on high for 13 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
- Place cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Spread frosting over cupcakes and garnish with sprinkles.
