  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Sift the flour and the cocoa into the bowl. Beat for a further minute.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, thoroughly beating after each addition. Add vanilla and continue to beat for a further 2 minutes, until well combined. Spoon batter evenly into the muffin forms.
  3. Fill the MicroSteamer tray with 400ml of cold water. Place the muffin form in the steamer base. Cover and microwave on high for 13 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
  4. Place cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Spread frosting over cupcakes and garnish with sprinkles.
