- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 6-8 Carrots grated

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Add a little milk if batter to thick.
- Place into a lined slow cooker or cake tin.
- Cook on high for about 3 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
Recipe Notes
Add walnuts to taste if you like. Once cool, use a cream cheese frosting on top to finish off.
