Mix all the cake ingredients together in the bowl. Pour into a bundt cake form.
Microwave on high power for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
For the Icing: Mix all the icing ingredients together in a microwave dish. Cook on medium- high power (80%) until thick for 9 minutes. (Cook for 3 minutes & stir, continue for the 9 minutes)
Remove from microwave and add coconut.
Put on cool cake and garnish with cherries cut in half.
