Instructions
  1. Place in saucepan with water and bring to the boil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Put some of the butter in with the flour and mix by hand. Add the rest of the butter until completely mixed. Mix in 3/4 cup of water with a fork until it becomes like dough.
  3. Sprinkle a board or bench top and rolling pin with flour.
  4. Roll out pastry until thin. Use 1/2 the pastry to line the bottom of the dish. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and put the stewed apple in.
  5. Put the rest of the pastry on top of the apple. Put small hole in the middle of the pie to let steam out.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
