Optional (Sultanas, Cranberries, Berries, Almonds, etc)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Spread apples over base of oven safe frypan or baking pan. If using, add nuts/ fruits of choice over the apples.
Place eggs, sugar, milk and oil in bowl and mix.
Sift flour into bowl add sugar and then stir through the wet ingredients.
Pour over the apples and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with cream, ice cream or yoghurt.
