Ingredients: 

2 Chicken Wings

1/8 C. Bread Crumbs

1 Egg

1/8 Tsp. Garlic Salt

1/8 Tsp. Paprika

1/4 Tsp. Basil

1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder

1/4 Tbsp. Water

Method: 
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. While oven is preheating, mix breadcrumbs and spices in bag and mix well. Crack egg into bowl and add water. Wisk egg and water until mixed thoroughly.

  3. Separate wings at joints and throw out tips. Place wing sections into egg mixture and then place in bag with breadcrumb mixture and shake well until coated.

  4. Place into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes and then turn. Bake another 15 minutes. Wings are done when the juices are clear and no pink remains.

Serves: 1 (Small serving, but can be doubled or tripled)
