- 4 Potatoes
- 1 cup Cheese Grated
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- Salt
- Mixed Herbs

Instructions
- Rinse and scrub potatoes. Cut into thin slices, not all the way through. Use a spoon or knife beside potato to keep you from cutting all the way through.
- Place into a baking dish and fan out slices. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter, sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake at 220c for about 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 - 15 minutes until cheese has melted and potatoes are soft inside.
- Serve with sour cream.
