- 3 Bananas mashed with a fork
- 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
- 125 grams Butter melted
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c and grease a 12 hole donut baking tray.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, add sugar, flour, melted butter and egg and mix with a wooden spoon.
- In a small bowl separately mix the bicarbonate of soda and milk together until well combined. Add to the mixture and combine.
- Pour into prepared tray, to about half way, and bake for approx 26 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm.
