  1. Peel and slice bananas. Add lemon juice and microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts. Set aside to cool.
  2. Pour the cream into a blender and mix for 20 seconds. Add the bananas, yogurt, honey and cointreau and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mould and freeze for 1 hour. When it's half frozen, take it out and lightly mix it around with a spoon. Crumble some Oreo's on top and freeze for another hour or until completely frozen.
  4. Take the frozen yogurt out of the mould and cut into desired portion size. Serve with additional honey and your favourite toppings.
