Ingredients: 

500-800g Beef, cut into strips or cubes

1 small Onion, sliced thinly

1 Carrot, sliced

250g Mushrooms, sliced

1 Beef Stock Cube, crumbled

1 can of Tomato Soup (410g)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons Plain Flour

1 tablespoons Sour Cream

Method: 
  1. Please all ingredients except the sour cream into the pressure cooker, stir until combined.
  2. Cook in microwave on 900 Watts for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with Mashed Potato or Steamed Rice
