- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 185 grams Butter melted
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour

Instructions
- Blend the cocoa and water together.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Sift flour and soda, stir into cream mixture with milk. Stir in cocoa mixture. Beat well.
- Pour into a greased and lined cake pan of your choice.
- Cook in a moderate, 180c, oven for 30-35 minutes.
