  1. Heat oven at 180 degrees C.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats with coconut oil and maple syrup.
  3. Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven. Check every five minutes giving a stir. Pull it out when it’s golden. Takes about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix it up. Pour into an air tight container or jar.

Alternatively you can add your seeds to the oats when you bake them for a nutty flavour.
