- Popcorn
- Flaked Almonds
- Apple Chips
- Caramel
- 2 cups Apple Juice
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Glucose Syrup
- 1/2 stick Butter

Instructions
- On a baking tray lined with baking paper. Lay popcorn on the tray and sprinkle with flaked almonds and apple chips.
- In a saucepan add apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, glucose syrup and boil over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 stick butter and melt.
- Pour over the baking trays of popcorn. Mix together to coat with caramel.
- Roll spoonfuls together to make bites sized pieces.
- Enjoy.
