- 2 bags Microwave Popcorn
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda

Instructions
- Pop popcorn in the microwave per the directions on the bag. Pour into a paper bag. Set aside.
- Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 5 minutes on high. Stir halfway through.
- Stir in the bi carb soda, the mixture will foam. Pour mixture over the popcorn in the paper bag, close and shake.
- Place paper bag in the microwave for 1 minute. Shake and then microwave again on high for 1 more minute.
- Spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet until cool. Enjoy!
