Microwave Popcorn

Light Corn Syrup

Bi Carbonate of Soda
Instructions
Pop popcorn in the microwave per the directions on the bag. Pour into a paper bag. Set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 5 minutes on high. Stir halfway through.
Stir in the bi carb soda, the mixture will foam. Pour mixture over the popcorn in the paper bag, close and shake.
Place paper bag in the microwave for 1 minute. Shake and then microwave again on high for 1 more minute.
Spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet until cool. Enjoy!
