1/2 Cauliflower
125ml Stock
1 rash Bacon, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 tin Light Milk

  1. Put the bacon and onion in a microwave safe container and cook for 5 minutes or until soft. 
  2. Add the stock and the cauliflower and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
  3. Puree until smooth and then add the milk. Stir and then serve.
