- 1/2 Cauliflower
- 125 ml Stock
- 1 rash Bacon diced
- 1/2 Onion diced
- 1/2 tin Light Milk

Instructions
- Put the bacon and onion in a microwave safe container and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add the stock and the cauliflower and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
- Puree until smooth and then add the milk. Stir and then serve.
