Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Lime Juice

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon minced Coriander

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon White Vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Water

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Chile

Pinch Thyme

Pinch Ground Cumin

Method: 
  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. 
  2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before using.
