Ingredients
- 250 grams Nice Biscuits crushed
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 125 grams Butter melted
- Milk Chocolate Grated, to decorate
- Cocoa Powder sifted, to decorate

- 250 grams Milk Chocolate roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
- 300 ml Thickened Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions
- Grease and line a 20 cm spring-form tin with baking paper.
- Combine biscuits, sugar and butter in a large bowl. Press over base of the prepared tin. Refrigerate.
- To make filling, place chocolate, water and coffee in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove and allow to cool. Using an electric beater, beat cream and vanilla in a bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pour filling over biscuits base. Sprinkle grated chocolate over top. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight, until set.
- Remove tin sides. Cut pie into wedges. Serve dusted with cocoa.
