Instructions
- Place the Kugelhopf Form (or Jel Ring) in the freezer to cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the fruit into small pieces and place into a bowl with the liquor and mix well.
- Place the chocolate, copha and butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on medium for 2-3 minutes. Stir well until chocolate is smooth. Stir in the egg.
- Remove the Kugelhopf from freezer and dust heavily with cocoa.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the fruit and liquor mixture. Add the biscuits and lightly combine. Pour into the chilled Kugelhopf. Refrigerate for 35 minutes until set.
- Un-mold onto a large white plate and dust with cocoa or icing sugar. Fill the centre with berries, figs or grapes.
