- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 40 grams Butter melted, cooled
- 2 Eggs
- 21/4 cups Milk

Instructions
- Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add sugar and stir well. Combine butter, eggs and milk. Add to the flour mixture and whisk to combine. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Lightly grease a small frying pan and cook 1/3 cup portions of the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve pancake stacks with berries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
