Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add sugar and stir well. Combine butter, eggs and milk. Add to the flour mixture and whisk to combine. Rest for 10 minutes.
Lightly grease a small frying pan and cook 1/3 cup portions of the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve pancake stacks with berries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
