  1. Working in a bowl add the ricotta and the sugar and combine. Then, add the vanilla, grated lemon rind and yeast.
  2. Add the egg yolk, butter, egg, starch and flour, always mixing with a whisk.
  3. Pour the batter into a cake pan.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes and let cool.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
