- 60 grams Butter softened
- 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla and mix until creamy.
- Stir in sifted flour and milk and beat until combined and smooth.
- Pour mixture into a loaf tin and bake in a moderate, 180c, oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Turn onto a wire cake cooler.
- Brush top with extra butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
