- 65 grams Rice Vermicelli Noodles
- ¼ cup Classic Asian Dressing
- ½ cup Bean Sprouts
- ¼ cup Coriander Leaves torn
- ¼ cup Mint Leaves torn
- 12 Cos Lettuce, Baby
- 100 grams Chinese Barbequed Pork thinly sliced

Instructions
- Re-hydrate noodles according to pack directions. Drain well, and cut to random lengths.
- Add Classic Asian Dressing and stir to combine. Cool.
- Add bean sprouts, coriander and mint; mix well.
- Divide noodle salad between lettuce leaves and top with pork slices.
