Instructions
  1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and pumpkin to pan and cook for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes or until the pasta is al dente, the pumpkin is tender and the broccoli is just cooked. Drain, then transfer pumpkin to a small bowl and put pasta and broccoli in a medium serving bowl. Mash pumpkin until smooth and add to the pasta mixture. Toss to combine.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat a char grill pan or barbecue plate or grill to medium. Spread paste over each side of chicken fillets. Spray with cooking spray. Add to char grill pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is
  3. cooked through. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and set aside to rest.
  4. Add tomato to char grill pan and cook, turning occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until tomato softens. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  5. Diagonally slice chicken and add to pasta mixture. Top with tomato.
  6. Divide pasta between shallow bowls to serve.
