Ingredients: 

8 thin Sausages

1 cup Beef Stock

1 tablespoon mince Garlic

1 teaspoon Ginger

1/2 cup Fruit Chutney

1 Brown Onion

1 large Carrot

1 teaspoon Red Curry

1 teaspoon Curry Powder

2 teaspoons Corn Flour to thicken in 1/2 cup Milk

Method: 
  1. Brown sausages, onion and carrot (optional) and add to the bowl of the slow cooker.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on auto for 2 hours.
  4. Serve with basmati rice with greens on side.
