- 1 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Spring Onions
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Bacon
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Cloves
- 250 grams Beef Mince
- 1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- 1 tablespoon Spinach frozen
- 1 tablespoon Carrot
- 1 tablespoon Rice cooked

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Once combined, shape into a log, wrap in foil and place into your slow cooker or oven to cook through.
- Once cooked, slice and serve in pita with salad.
- Otherwise, lay onto a sheet of puff pastry, slice remaining pastry and plait over the top to cover. Use remaining egg to brush over pastry.
- Bake in oven until puffed and brown.
