- 500 grams Lamb Mince
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl. The more you mix it the better it will keep it's shape.
- Roll into a loaf shape and wrap in foil.
- Cook on high in your slow cooker for about 1 hour and 1/2.
- Poke with a skewer to make sure juices are clear.
- Towards the end poke holes in the foil so all the fat comes away from the meat.
- Slice thinly and serve with yiros bread and salad.
