- 8 tablespoons Butter
- 2 oz Chocolate chopped
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 packet Dark Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter Frosting
- 1 cup Icing Sugar plus 1/4 cup extra
- 1 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- pinch Salt
- 1/3 cup Cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
- Melt the chocolate and shift the flour, baking soda and baking power and salt , chocolate no there are no lumps.
- In a mixer add the butter, egg, sour cream, vanilla extract and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the sifted dry ingredients and them mix with a wooden spoon so it doesn't get too over mixed and then add the chocolate chips until incorporated.
- Add to cupcake pans and bake for 18 to 20 minutes middle rack.
For the Frosting
- Add the 1 cup of icing sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and 1 cup of the peanut butter. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
- Then gradually add the heavy cream and the 1/4 cup peanut butter. Then gradually add the rest of the sugar depending how thick or heavy you want it.
