  1. Slice doughnut in half. Head pan at medium high and place doughnut glaze side down. Place pot and heavy object (can of tomato). Let sit for one minute. Take off the weighted pot and flip the doughnut. Place weighted pot back on the doughnut for 30 sec. Turn off heat and remove doughnut onto a dry rack.
  2. Toppings (optional): Microwave one cup of chocolate chips. Stir every 30 seconds until chocolate is smooth. Drizzle on the doughnut chip and add any other toppings.
