Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1 stick Celery sliced thinly
- 1 Carrot sliced thinly
- 1 Onion sliced
- Chicken Stock
- 150 grams Lamb
- 1 teaspoon Plain Flour
- Salt and Pepper
- Filo Pastry

Instructions
- Sautee cabbage, carrot, celery and onion in a pan with butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Add lamb, chicken stock, flour, salt and pepper and combine.
- Lay piece of filo pastry on counter, spread a little beaten egg on three of the four sides of pastry. Put a spoonful of mixture on side of pastry with no egg. Fold to sides over then roll to the end.
- Repeat with rest of the mixture.
- Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with sauce.
