2 cloves Garlic

1 can Lite Coconut Cream

1 can chopped Tomatoes

4 tablespoons Peanut Butter (2 at the start and 2 at the end)

1 large Chicken Breast

Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Crush garlic, cut chicken into even size cubes.
  2. Put everything into the slow cooker, stir.
  3. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or low for 4 1/2 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes add the extra peanut butter and leave the lid off.
  5. Stir once or twice. 
  6. Serve with rice.
