Ingredients

Plain Flour

Cocoa Powder

Baking Powder

Bi Carbonate of Soda

Butter
melted or Oil

teaspoon
Vanilla Essence

Milk

Vinegar
Instructions
In a bowl, mix milk and vinegar together and set aside to form buttermilk for about 10-15 minutes.
Combine refined flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix everything together.
Add melted butter, vanilla essence, milk with vinegar mixture. Whisk it all together and make sure no lumps are formed.
If the batter is too thick, add milk as required.
Heat a pan on medium flame, Spread some butter or oil on it.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook on low flame.
Cook until the bubbles are formed and golden, flip and cook until golden brown.
Garnish with chocolate syrup and strawberries on top.
Recipe Notes
Add a pinch of salt, if you’re using oil instead of butter.
You can serve pancakes with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
Instead of vinegar, you can add lemon juice.
