200g Dark Chocolate
150g Butter
250g Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tablespoons Nutella
100ml Boiling Water
100g Plain Flour
24 Ferrero Rocher
50g White Chocolate (melted)

  1. First, melt together the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave.
  2. Next, stir in the caster sugar, followed by the eggs.
  3. Combine the Nutella with the boiling water, then add to the chocolate mix.
  4. Now, stir in the flour.
  5. Take 12 of the Ferrero Rocher, cut them in half and stir them into the brownie mix. Pour it into a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
  6. Once cooked, allow to cool then cut up and stick a whole Ferrero Rocher to each brownie using a dollop of Nutella.
  7. Add a few raspberries, drizzle over some melted white chocolate, and enjoy!
