- 4 cups Self Raising Flour
- 300 ml Pouring Cream
- 300 ml Lemonade

- In a large bowl measure the flour, make a well in the middle and add the carton of cream, using the empty cream container fill with lemonade and add to the flour and cream, using a butter knife cut the ingredients together until combined to form a stiff dough.
- Remove dough to a floured surface and gently flatten into a disk about 3 cms thick. Don't knead the dough or scones will be tough and not rise properly. You should get a couple of dozen small scones from this mix.
- Place scones on a floured tray and cook in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
