- 7 Menz FruChocs
- 4 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted or Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons Water
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions
- Grab yourself a large microwave safe mug, pop in plain flour, sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
- Mix dry ingredients then add melted butter and water. Add vanilla. Stir through until the mixture is smooth. Pop FruChocs in and push down until covered by mixture.
- 80 seconds in the microwave should give you a bit of that delicious lave sauce in the centre.
- Serve with ice cream or cream.
