Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 1 cup Cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 4 Spring Onions finely sliced
- 2-3 cloves Garlic Cloves finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a blender. Mix in the water until a ball is formed. Toss in the garlic and spring onions and mix well until combined.
- Sprinkle flour onto the bench, empty the dough out and lightly knead. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to rest.
- Cut the dough into 5-10 cm balls and roll out into Roti as flat as you can.
- Place oil into a hot pan, place in one Roti bread, fry for approximately 2 minutes, then flip and fry the other side for the same time.
