Instructions
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a blender. Mix in the water until a ball is formed. Toss in the garlic and spring onions and mix well until combined.
  2. Sprinkle flour onto the bench, empty the dough out and lightly knead. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to rest.
  3. Cut the dough into 5-10 cm balls and roll out into Roti as flat as you can.
  4. Place oil into a hot pan, place in one Roti bread, fry for approximately 2 minutes, then flip and fry the other side for the same time.
