1 cup Sultanas

2 large tablespoons Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter

6 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut

1 tablespoons Coconut Oil

4 Weetbix

4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

4 tablespoons Honey or Rice Malt Syrup

4 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

  1. Put the first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth like fudge.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  3. Press the mix into a pan and top with some dark chocolate melted with coconut oil.
  4. Leave to set in the fridge.
  5. Once set, slice into 12 pieces.
