40g White Quinoa

1 Onion, chopped

1/4 beaten Egg

2 tablespoons grated Cheddar

2 sprigs Coriander

2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs

1 red Chilli, chopped

3 tablespoons Water

2 tablespoons Sugar

5 Strawberries

Rapeseed Oil


1. Boil the quinoa for 20 minutes and fry the onion in oil. Mix both with the egg, cheddar, coriander and parmesan.

2. Form into 4 balls, coat in breadcrumbs and chill. Meanwhile, place the chilli, water and sugar with the jam.

Serves 1 / 2600kJ / Ready in 40 minutes
