- 1 loaf Turkish Bread
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs dried
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup Parmesan finely grated

Instructions
- Using a large serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Place both halves, cut side up, on an oven tray.
- Combine oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush evenly over bread halves. Sprinkle with combined salt, herbs, seeds and parmesan.
- Cook in a moderate oven, 180 degrees C, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm bread cut into fingers.
