90g Butter or Margarine

1/3 cup Sugar

1 tablespoons Honey

4 cups Corn Flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Line 24 hole pan with cases. 

  2. Place butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan.

  3. Heat over a medium heat until all ingredients are frothy.

  4. Place cornflakes in a large bowl.

  5. Pour over honey mixture and stir well to coat. Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases.

  6. Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 10 minutes. Cool and eat.

    Sprinkle a few crushed peanuts over the top if nut allergy isn't a problem.
