- 125 grams Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove crushed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Tasty Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
- 650 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into bite size strips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to moderate, 180c. Line a large oven tray with foil.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter and garlic until frothy. Remove and cool for 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, combine breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley in a medium bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in melted butter mixture then roll in breadcrumbs mixture, pressing well to coat.
- Arrange on prepared tray, drizzling over any remaining melted butter. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until golden and cooked through. Serve with salad and mayonnaise.
