Ingredients: 

6 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Paste (optional)
1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced (optional)

Method: 

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving to let the flavours blend.
