Instructions
  1. Combine the sugar, yoghurt, eggs, oil and lemon juice.
  2. Beat in the flour.
  3. Pour into a cake tin and place on egg rings or pour into your slow cooker.
  4. Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
  5. Mix all icing ingredients and pour over top of cake.
