- 200 grams Toblerone Chocolate roughly, chopped
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
- 250 grams Cream Cheese
- 1/1 cup Caster Sugar

- Preheat oven to 170c fan forced. Melt Toblerone in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Whisk oil, brown sugar and 3 eggs together. Whisk in melted Toblerone. Add flour and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased and lined 18 x 28 cm slab pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in caster sugar and remaining egg. Spoon cheese mixture over chocolate mixture and use fork to swirl through.
- Bake for 1 hour or until set. Set aside for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar, to serve.
