- 4 Chicken Breast Fillet
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 jar Salsa
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix

Instructions
- Dice onion and chop chicken, add to pressure cooker bowl.
- Pour over whole jar of salsa, then add dry taco seasoning and add another 150ml of water.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Shred with electric beater or with forks.
- Serve in taco boats, shells or burritos.
