Ingredients: 

1 cup Milk
1 heaped tablespoon Custard Powder
3 teaspoons Sugar

Method: 

1. Mix all ingredients together well in a microwave-safe jug.
2. Cook on the 'High' microwave setting for two minutes and then stir.
3. Continue cooking and stirring, one minute at a time, until custard is of the right consistency.
