12 Digestives Biscuits

3oz Butter, melted

Cheesecake Mixture

320g Philadelphia Chocolate Cream Cheese

250g Icing Sugar

250ml Whipping Cream

2 large Areo Mint Bars

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits to your preference and slowly add in the melted butter.
  2. Line a tin with cling wrap, cover the base of the tin with the crushed biscuits mix.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar. Whip the cream and then add to the mixture.
  4. Grate the Areo Bars. Add 3/4 of the chocolate into the cream mixture and mix together.
  5. Spread the mixture on top of the biscuit base. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top of the cheesecake.
  6. Leave overnight in a fridge to set.
