Ingredients: 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

8 slices of Bread

4 Eggs

Breadcrumbs

Flour

2 cups Mozzarella

1 cup Milk

Method: 
  1. Moisten the bread with a small amount of milk.
  2. Cut mozzarella into slices the same thickness as the bread. Insert a slice of mozzarella between two slices of bread. Coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot olive oil. Serve.
